What you will do

• Translate production plans into daily team tasks and resolve operational disruptions.
• Manage on-site production workflows, ensuring 6S standards and safe operations.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure high availability of workshop machinery.
• Coordinate workforce allocation, training, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production workshop management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, CNC, and assembly.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and lead teams.
