Location: Hybrid role based in Plymouth, Minnesota, United States. ITAR eligibility is required: only U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or eligible refugees/asylees may be hired; temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Salary: $26.15–$34.86 per hour.

What you will do

• Create and send quotes and CNC toolpaths using proprietary software and customer-supplied CAD models.
• Develop quality-control checks and resolve issues that prevent automated quoting.
• Support customers with questions about manufacturing processes, materials, and CNC operations.
• Assist machine operators and troubleshoot parts and part creation.
• Evaluate best practices and identify opportunities for individual, team, and company improvement.
• Follow quality, safety, and operational procedures while completing additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with CAD/CAM software packages.
• Ability to learn advanced proprietary computer-aided analysis software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow technical instructions.
• Must meet ITAR hiring eligibility requirements for work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field.
• Experience with CNC-operated machines.
