Team Lead – Failure Analysis (Engineering)

Location: Region Eindhoven, Netherlands; on-site work environment

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support the Failure Analysis Engineering team while monitoring KPIs and setting objectives aligned with company targets.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer requests, including Root Cause Analysis, repairs, upgrades, and escalated complex issues.
• Oversee service performance for key customers and build long-term customer relationships to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Customer Account Teams, Life Cycle Management Teams, Process Engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Improve customer service processes, operational excellence, cost management, and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory, tools, equipment, and personnel while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Electronics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams and managing performance.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis and failure analysis.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
