What you will do

• Conduct theoretical, experimental, analytical, and investigative research supporting the development of photolithography materials.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, quantitative analyses, and documented interpretations of research results.
• Develop scientific concepts and establish structure-property-function relationships for new materials and formulations.
• Collaborate with R&D, formulation, development engineering, and commercial teams on product development.
• Support validation, scale-up, commercialization, analytical testing, and root-cause investigations.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
• Experience with materials science, synthesis, formulations, or product development.
• Demonstrated safe laboratory practices and methodology.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• US citizenship or permanent resident status is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in photopatterning and fabrication laboratories.
• Knowledge of computational calculations and data management.
