Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data integrations.
• Build and optimize Snowflake data models for analytics, operational reporting, and downstream applications.
• Develop transformations connecting CRM, ERP, billing, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and reliability across workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline execution and query performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Advanced SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipeline development experience.
• Experience integrating multiple enterprise applications and working with enterprise business data.
• Experience with Matillion or a similar ETL/ELT platform, data quality, governance, and integrity.
• Must be based in the United States. Strong written and verbal English communication skills and experience working in Agile environments are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt and migrating ETL workloads to Snowflake-native architectures.
• Experience with SAP Callidus, Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or other sales and incentive compensation platforms.
• Experience supporting Revenue Operations or Sales Operations teams.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex and AI-driven data workflows.
• Experience working with finance, commissions, or related datasets.
