Salary: $125,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain plug-ins and extensions for enterprise collaboration tools such as Mattermost.
• Develop web application front-ends and backend services, integrating platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Write well-structured, documented, and testable code while participating in peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with teams to translate operational workflows into practical collaboration capabilities.
• Deploy updates and fixes through established CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to a security-first engineering culture in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and Active DoD Secret clearance required to start.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline plus 5+ years of technical experience.
• Proficiency in web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and OOP languages (Go, Python, Java, or C#).
• Experience with database development using MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of GitOps, Git, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with Mattermost plug-ins or DoD software factories (Platform One).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (CKA), and AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Experience with IAM tools like Keycloak, Appgate, or Okta.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell) and AI/ML concepts.
