Salary: $133,109–$239,596 base pay, plus variable pay opportunity.

What you will do

• Advise business-unit leaders, Security Champions, technology teams, and governance partners on practical security and risk decisions.
• Lead project security assessments, rapid risk reviews, risk acceptances, deviations, and remediation planning.
• Monitor business-unit security risks, control health, metrics, dashboards, OKRs, and SLOs, escalating issues when needed.
• Advise on secure data exchange, regulatory obligations, security assessments, M&A integration, and major programs.
• Communicate threats, incidents, policy changes, and business-specific security requirements to leadership.
• Improve security processes, automation, governance workflows, and partner engagement models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security, security risk assessment, audit, compliance, technology risk, or a related field.
• Experience with cybersecurity risk management, control frameworks, governance practices, and risk lifecycle methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, and COBIT.
• Working knowledge of regulated financial services, FinTech, privacy, and obligations including GDPR, CCPA, FFIEC, PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and breach notification requirements.
• Knowledge of application security, vulnerability management, cloud security, incident response, secure software development, Agile delivery, and AI/GenAI risk.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, or CIPP.
