What you will do

• Develop churn early-warning systems combining behavioral data with sentiment extracted from call recordings.
• Analyze share-of-wallet to estimate hidden landlord portfolios and identify product opportunities.
• Determine price sensitivity and recommend defensible fee uplifts across acquired agencies.
• Underwrite Rent Guarantee products using internal loss data and probability of default models.
• Design and execute growth experiments with rigorous holdouts and uplift estimates.
• Build and own the Growth data layer, including pipelines (dbt), metrics trees, and LLM evaluation harnesses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to build data pipelines using dbt or equivalent.
• Strong statistical depth in experiment design, causal inference, survival analysis, and elasticity.
• Experience with pragmatic ML (churn propensity, uplift, forecasting) and LLMs for text/audio analysis.
• Ability to read backend code and independently fetch required data.
• Fluent English communication skills and a higher degree education.

• Experience pricing or underwriting financial products (insurance, credit, etc.).
• Experience as the first analyst in a new business direction.
