What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of Azure Government infrastructure across production, DR, and non-production environments.
• Configure Azure networking components including VNETs, NSGs, application gateways, and load balancers.
• Develop technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans for mission-critical systems.
• Support security initiatives involving network segmentation, TLS management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Support cloud-native modernization including containerization via AKS or OpenShift.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud engineering, with 4+ years of hands-on Azure experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Strong proficiency in Azure networking, identity, and access control.
• Experience with security-sensitive enterprise systems and cloud security principles.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Expert, Network Engineer, etc.).
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Database, or JMS.
• Experience with Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, or Prisma Cloud.
