What you will do

• Drive the design and implementation of critical components in the Digital Engineering stack, focusing on UI solutions.
• Lead engineering teams to deliver complex products while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to the product vision, define the roadmap, and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Develop and mentor a group of passionate engineers.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, visual designers, and business clients to create industry-leading digital experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience with modern UI programming languages (Javascript/TypeScript).
• Strong experience building modern UI products using React.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex products.
• Experience architecting and designing full stack applications in AWS.
• Prior experience with high availability, mission-critical systems using active/active and blue-green deployment.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node, Webpack, MobX, and Redux.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Kafka, and Microservice architectures with REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (Dynamo/Mongo DB) databases.
• Domain expertise in Transaction Banking, Payments, or Financial Services.
• Practical experience with containers and Agile operating models (Scrum/Kanban).
