What you will do

• Manage and execute the annual risk-based audit plan in alignment with corporate goals.
• Supervise and develop audit team members through performance management and coaching.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of assurance and advisory engagements.
• Coordinate the SOX audit program, including tests of design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Partner with Financial Controls and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive process coverage.
• Promote continuous improvement in audit tools and the use of AI and data analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of internal or external audit experience (Big 4 public accounting preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Professional accounting or auditing designation (CIA, CPA).
• Proficiency in AuditBoard, ACL, PowerBI, Access, or SQL.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA in a hybrid capacity.
• Knowledge of The Institute of Internal Auditor’s Global Internal Audit Standards.
