Salary: $80,000 - $116,000

What you will do

• Design and enhance customer-facing product functionality across the healthcare platform.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes-based application deployments and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud resources.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and automated software delivery.
• Automate operational processes and create reusable infrastructure modules to improve scalability and reliability.
• Monitor production environments to improve observability, alerting, and overall operational health.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong software engineering experience developing production applications.
• Experience administering Kubernetes clusters, preferably Amazon EKS.
• Proficiency with AWS services such as RDS, IAM, S3, Route 53, ALB, and CloudWatch.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Knowledge of Docker and container security.
• Experience implementing observability using Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Linux system administration experience.
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
