What you will do

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect payments on past-due accounts.
• Provide high-quality support and service to customers.
• Utilize multiple software applications and screens simultaneously for efficient account management.

Requirements

• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ.
• Customer service and prior collections experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing proficiency.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be 18 years or older.
• Wired internet connection (10 mbps download / 4 mbps upload) and a quiet home workspace.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency (eligible for a 5% hourly pay increase).
• Experience in sales, retention, or debt recovery.
