What you will do

• Design, build, train, and deploy production-grade machine learning models, AI solutions, and data products.
• Translate business requirements into data science projects and actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders.
• Build data visualization solutions and collaborate with engineering teams on data sources, quality, pipelines, and scalable production deployments.
• Develop post-deployment model monitoring frameworks and recommend adjustments to maintain accuracy and robustness.
• Contribute to architecture, technical design reviews, governance frameworks, security, and maintainability across the full software development lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of data and AI professionals while guiding modeling, feature engineering, and data analysis practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on data science experience, preferably in data products, banking, finance, insurance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and driving enterprise-level change initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, information systems, computer science, business, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong experience with machine learning, AI solution development, statistical modeling, production data products, and ML lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms; data pipeline orchestration; Python; and SQL.
• Deep understanding of LLM agent orchestration, RAG patterns, embeddings, vector indexing, and chunking of unstructured data.
