Data Scientist / ML Engineer (AI)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: EUR 3,425–5,400 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design and deploy computer vision models for liveness detection and anti-spoofing.
• Build NLP pipelines for behavioral signal extraction and incident analysis.
• Own the ML lifecycle, including data annotation, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop fraud and abuse detection systems and contribute to safety scoring using behavioral and historical data.
• Integrate ML models with backend services and mobile infrastructure in a high-load production environment.
• Participate in architecture discussions and collaborate with product teams on hypothesis definition and validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning with a strong focus on modern AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search.
• Practical experience with LLM fine-tuning, system-level prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with audio and speech processing, such as ASR, speaker diarization, audio event detection, or conversation analysis.
• Experience deploying and monitoring LLM and audio models in production, including streaming and asynchronous data pipelines.
• Strong Python and core data science/machine learning library skills; English at Intermediate level or above is required.
