Business Analyst (Aladdin)

Location: Hybrid (London, 3 days per week onsite)

What you will do

• Deliver BlackRock Aladdin implementations, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and optimization programmes.
• Collaborate with investment, operations, and technology teams to enhance Aladdin workflows and platform capabilities.
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements across various Aladdin modules.
• Support data migration, system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery using automation and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Aladdin transformation programmes within investment management environments.
• Strong understanding of Portfolio Management, Trading, Investment Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, or Investment Accounting.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programmes within Asset Management or Wealth Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to London for a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite).

Nice to have

• Experience with Aladdin Enterprise, Aladdin Wealth, Aladdin Accounting, or Aladdin Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of OMS, IBOR/ABOR, portfolio management, or risk analytics.
• Experience integrating Aladdin with platforms like Charles River, SimCorp, Avaloq, Temenos, or FNZ.
• Technical proficiency with SQL, APIs, Python, or cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting Generative AI or Agentic AI transformation initiatives.
