Affiliates Manager

TL;DR

Affiliates Manager (Nordics DTC): Executing and scaling affiliate programs across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway with an accent on partner management, campaign planning, tracking, and revenue optimization. Focus on managing the AWIN network, diversifying publisher partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, and using performance data to accelerate ecommerce growth.

Location: Hybrid role based out of offices in Amsterdam, Oslo, Frankfurt, or London. The role focuses on the Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian markets.

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate strategies for Sweden, Denmark, and Norway to drive direct-to-consumer revenue.
• Manage the AWIN network, including tracking, attribution, product feeds, platform operations, and publisher performance.
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, cashback, voucher, content, technology, price comparison, and CPC partners.
• Plan and deliver affiliate campaigns, promotions, product launches, commission changes, promo codes, sample send-outs, and sales validation.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage budgets and vendor onboarding, and coordinate contracts with Legal.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, social, performance, and creative teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate strategies, networks, platforms, and Nordic publishers, with hands-on network management experience.
• Experience with AWIN is preferred, along with strong analytical skills and PowerBI knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is required, together with strong English skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
