What you will do

• Collaborate with business leadership, deal teams, portfolio managers, traders, operations, and engineering to identify and remediate operational risks.
• Implement firmwide risk framework by documenting events, performing risk assessments, and evaluating controls.
• Assist with escalation of significant events and manage ongoing incidents.
• Conduct deep dive reviews and targeted risk assessments to address control gaps and emerging risks.
• Develop and analyze control metrics using tools like Tableau and Alteryx for process improvements.
• Manage governance and reporting through advanced analytics and visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in asset management, private investing, alternatives, non-financial risk management, or compliance.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development.
• Experience with AI tools, data mining, and analyzing unstructured data.
