Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Salary: 3300 - 5000 € gross

What you will do

• Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for Treasury operations and system functionality.
• Manage requirements and track delivery progress using Jira within an Agile framework.
• Participate in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive business and functional documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in the banking, financial services, fintech, insurance, or Treasury domain.
• Experience working with enterprise systems, integrations, or payment-related solutions.
• Proficiency in Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience participating in functional testing and/or UAT.
• Fluency in English.
