Location: Hybrid (Gdynia, Poland) — office presence required 3 days a week

What you will do

• Develop front-end and back-end features for SDO and Mosaic Network Controller products.
• Design and implement new features using React, Java, and Spring.
• Create technical documentation, including feature definitions and architecture.
• Perform unit and component-level testing for implemented software modules.
• Collaborate with UX designers using Figma and Storybook for UI development.
• Coordinate development activities across teams to meet project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Front-end or Full-stack Developer.
• 2+ years of experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in Java (11 and 17) and the Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
• English: B1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale interactive React applications.
• Proficiency with testing tools like Cypress or Selenium.
• Strong focus on code quality and testing.
