Senior Software Engineer - C# .NET & DevOps

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Occasional remote work across Poland and international remote work are available for up to 24 domestic and 20 international days per year, subject to internal policy.

What you will do

• Design, implement, test, review, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services using C# and .NET.
• Design reusable frontend applications with Angular and TypeScript.
• Build automated testing solutions, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud-native integrations.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Engineering Manager on technical feasibility, delivery capacity, feature analysis, and backlog prioritization.
• Present new features, resolve client-reported bugs, and promote engineering quality through documentation, code reviews, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and Microsoft .NET, together with DevOps experience.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and frontend architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including App Services, Functions, API Management, DevOps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
• Expertise with SQL Server, data modeling, indexing, query optimization, performance tuning, and database migrations.
• Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, CI/CD, automated testing, application monitoring, Git, and Agile/Scrum.
• Fluent written and spoken English required; a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with OData and messaging platforms such as Event Hub and Kafka.
• Knowledge of SonarQube, TDD, BDD, software design patterns, OOP, GoF, and SOLID principles.
