Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; hirify.global is headquartered in Boston. A gaming license from the relevant state agency may be required.

What you will do

• Lead design for complex product surfaces, platform capabilities, and strategic initiatives with broad cross-team impact.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, Operations, and product teams to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Structure ambiguous problems into actionable design approaches for complex workflows and shared systems.
• Deliver end-to-end product designs that balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and implementation tradeoffs.
• Guide the evolution of design-system patterns, platform standards, and reusable interaction models.
• Set quality standards, provide design feedback, influence stakeholders through storytelling, and mentor designers.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience designing digital products, including large-scale, platform, or high-impact initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, systems thinking, scalable solutions, and measurable business outcomes.
• Deep fluency in interaction design, product thinking, systems thinking, and design systems.
• Experience shaping product strategy, influencing roadmap planning, and designing shared platforms, internal tools, enterprise workflows, or multi-user products.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, storytelling, ambiguity management, mentoring, and coaching skills.
