What you will do

• Manage inbound raw material logistics from Vancouver Port to the plant via 3PL providers, minimizing freight congestion and demurrage risk.
• Own outbound distribution to U.S. copackers, ensuring accurate cross-border customs documentation and compliance.
• Act as the business owner for SAP and WMS processes, training the supply chain team to become subject matter experts.
• Establish inventory management strategies, overseeing production planning and FEFO compliance for raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with local, provincial, and federal regulations, including food safety and quality standards.
• Build and develop the supply chain team from the ground up, defining and tracking ramp-up KPIs.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, and 3PL management.
• Experience in manufacturing, specifically within ingredient or food environments.
• Hands-on expertise working with SAP (ERP and EWM preferred) and WMS systems.
• Demonstrated experience with cross-border Canada–U.S. logistics and customs documentation.
• Proven ability to lead teams in startup, greenfield, or change environments.
• APICS, CSCP, or PMP certification.
