What you will do
- Build, enhance, and scale products and platforms across the full software development lifecycle.
- Design cloud-based systems and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable, resilient, and observable solutions.
- Own software delivery from idea through deployment, including AWS design, security, and observability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to balance feature delivery with technical investment.
- Improve existing systems, simplify legacy codebases, and automate manual workflows.
- Support teammate growth through code reviews, pair or ensemble programming, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience applying modern software engineering practices in collaborative teams, including iterative development, automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or a similar modern programming language; Spring Boot and cloud-native development experience are preferred.
- Practical experience designing and building cloud-based systems with scalable, resilient, and observable architectures.
- Ability to make independent technical decisions and deliver solutions from idea to production.
- Experience evolving existing systems, working with legacy codebases, and improving or automating manual processes.
- Pragmatic, collaborative approach with a commitment to maintainability, learning, and continuous improvement.
