What you will do

• Lead daily production on injection molding lines to meet OEE, scrap, downtime, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with project teams for new mold launches, industrialization, and trials.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of molds and manage spare parts planning.
• Drive SMED and quick mold change improvements to stabilize and optimize processes.
• Manage CAPEX requests for molds, presses, and injection robot systems, including supplier selection.
• Lead workforce allocation, shift planning, and staff development through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering Department; Master’s in Materials Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in production or assembly lines with required injection molding expertise.
• Proven knowledge of SMED, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with injection robots, automation systems, and basic CAD drawing literacy.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
