What you will do

• Lead global quality programs including cosmetic fixes, product rework, and relabeling initiatives.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Execute Product Hold Orders (PHO) including inspection, sampling, containment, and disposition activities.
• Oversee supplier quality for third-party logistics providers and repackaging suppliers.
• Partner with Operating Units to define and approve business, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate logistics for product disposition and ensure strict inventory traceability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Sciences with 10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality and Project Management in a highly regulated industry.
• Minimum of 7+ years of managerial experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is exclusively for Principal-level roles and above).
• Proven experience working in a highly regulated environment.

Nice to have

• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project management certification.
• Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting distribution center operations, field actions, or product recalls.
• Ability to lead global cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
