Solution Consultant (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Lead and support client projects, building team capability and continuous improvement.
• Define customer propositions, product requirements, business outcomes, solution designs, and Target Operating Models.
• Configure the hirify.global platform and run the Model Wealth Solution configuration process for new implementations.
• Document bespoke requirements, own solution delivery, and review solution documentation for quality.
• Provide platform integration design, consultancy, business transformation support, and regulatory guidance.
• Deliver customer training, knowledge transfer, functional reviews, defect verification, and analyst or developer handovers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a delivery or consulting environment within financial services or the wealth market.
• Experience in business analysis, consulting, solution architecture, or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of investment, wealth, life, and/or pensions products and relevant markets.
• hirify.global Platform expertise, including subject-matter expertise in at least four functional areas.
• Understanding of the applicable regulatory environment and upcoming regulatory changes.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational, client management, and time management skills, with an independent and delivery-focused working style.
