Technical Leader (AI): Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable software, data, and AI solutions across Python, .NET, Java, JavaScript, and modern cloud technologies with an accent on technical leadership, system design, and client delivery. Focus on guiding development teams through Scrum, solving complex technical problems, conducting security reviews, and building high-performance backend and data systems.

Location: 100% remote, candidates must be based in Latin America. Headquarters: Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What you will do

• Define software architecture, deliverables, project timelines, and team goals.
• Lead technical teams through Scrum and oversee delivery of scalable software solutions.
• Delegate work, supervise system modifications, and resolve technical issues with the team.
• Conduct security audits and identify opportunities for system improvement.
• Coordinate with engineers, management, and clients to ensure delivery quality.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate technical personnel while reporting progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience with Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/Node, or data technologies.
• 7+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Professional English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Deep expertise in Linux, hosted cloud environments, open-source technologies, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong experience with backend development, data systems, scalable software architecture, and third-party API integrations.
