Sr. Integration Architect (AI)

Location: Works from home in São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid schedule with work from home two days a week

What you will do

• Architect end-to-end ETL solutions covering data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
• Design integration strategies for ERP systems, IoT devices, logistics providers, and external data feeds.
• Define data models, schemas, and structures for distributed and real-time supply chain data processing.
• Evaluate big data technologies and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms for supply chain challenges.
• Optimize pipeline performance, scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance through clustering, replication, and partitioning.
• Ensure data security, privacy, compliance, encryption, access controls, and auditing while collaborating with business, IT, and data science stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of overall IT experience, including major solution design or architecture contributions in a large enterprise.
• At least 5 years in customer-facing roles focused on data and integration operations, preferably in supply chain.
• Expertise with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, Talend, Microsoft SSIS, Apache NiFi, or Airflow.
• Ability to develop complex transformations with Python, Spark, Microsoft SQL, Spark SQL, and JOLT; experience with data modeling, distributed computing, Hadoop, Kafka, and Apache Delta Lake.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, AWS, Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Supply chain domain experience.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Cloudera Certified Professional.
