What you will do

• Source candidates through networking, LinkedIn outreach, job advertisements, and referral schemes.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for temporary and contract recruitment assignments.
• Work with colleagues to understand client requirements and present relevant opportunities to candidates.
• Assess candidate strengths and development areas through active listening and communicate findings clearly.
• Coach candidates on CV writing, interviews, and skills testing.
• Develop recruitment market knowledge and share insights with the wider consulting team.

Requirements

• Some customer-facing work experience; previous recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Motivation to achieve targets and key performance indicators.
• Resilience, tenacity, curiosity, and willingness to improve sales, time-management, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
• Ability to be based in or travel to Brighton at least twice monthly, with regular office attendance in London or Brighton.
