What you will do

• Make cold and sales calls to prospective clients and promote recruitment services.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment teams, directors, line managers, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with in-house recruitment professionals and hiring stakeholders.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for professional-sector vacancies.
• Prepare reports, maintain compliance, and contribute to internal projects.
• Work toward daily targets and KPIs to achieve commercial goals.
