What you will do

• Advise on corporate law, governance, corporate housekeeping, and applicable Dutch and German regulatory requirements.
• Support entity management, group structuring, and corporate governance documentation.
• Prepare annual reporting materials, shareholder communications, and annual general meeting documentation.
• Coordinate managing board and supervisory board meeting materials, calendars, follow-up actions, and corporate housekeeping.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments, identify risks, and recommend practical mitigation measures.
• Improve governance processes, legal policies, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Dutch corporate law and corporate governance.
• Academic degree in Law.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Experience in a cross-border or international environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• High integrity, objectivity, discretion, confidentiality, and a proactive, pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
