Salary: €66,000–€71,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead negotiations of SaaS agreements, DPAs, and other commercial contracts with customers across the Benelux.
• Draft, review, and negotiate partnership, reseller, referral, technology, and integration agreements.
• Advise Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success on practical, risk-based legal solutions.
• Improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation processes.
• Collaborate with Security and the wider Legal team on commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience negotiating SaaS and commercial technology agreements under Dutch law.
• Experience with partnership, reseller, integration, or technology agreements.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate legal concepts clearly.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English is required.
