What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements including service, procurement, and technology contracts.
• Lead corporate secretariat functions, including board meetings, statutory records, and corporate filings.
• Provide legal advice on corporate matters and support M&A transactions and restructurings.
• Coordinate shareholder matters, powers of attorney, and internal approvals.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments to assess business impact.
• Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and internal business functions like finance and sales.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven expertise in corporate governance and secretariat responsibilities.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
• Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic advice in a fast-paced environment.
