Certified Welding Inspector (NDT)

Location: Onsite in Englewood, Colorado, with relocation to the Denver area available for qualified candidates. U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export-control requirements.

Salary: $35–$45 per hour, approximately $5,600–$7,200 per month based on 160 hours.

What you will do

• Perform material examinations according to procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Apply qualified CWI and NDT methods while understanding their scope and limitations.
• Inspect water pipe and similar equipment in industrial and manufacturing environments.
• Prepare written instructions and organize and report examination results.
• Coordinate work scope and priorities with department managers and clients.
• Provide on-the-job guidance to trainees and support team members.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum requirements for AWS-CWI and NDT Level II certification, including documented education, training, and experience.
• Additional NDT magnetic particle testing certification using the dry-yoke method is required.
• Working knowledge of industrial environments and general manufacturing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to report issues and solve problems.
• Must be a U.S. Person, pass a drug screen, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, around operating equipment and hazardous materials, and lift up to 100 pounds.
