What you will do

• Perform nondestructive testing using RT, UT, PT, MT, or VT methods on ferrous and non-ferrous materials per approved procedures.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate inspection equipment while maintaining calibration documentation and traceability.
• Interpret and evaluate inspection results against drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare accurate, detailed inspection reports and maintain organized records of findings and activities.
• Support safe work practices and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure compliance and inspection integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional nondestructive testing experience applying multiple inspection methods.
• Documented Level II certifications in RT, UT, PT, MT, or VT.
• Active IRRSP certification.
• Ability to interpret inspection results and apply applicable codes, standards, and technical specifications.
• Ability to travel as required and work independently in industrial environments.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required to comply with ITAR export regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, or energy.
• Experience mentoring or guiding Level I technicians or trainees.
• Familiarity with digital inspection reporting systems or electronic quality management systems.
• Experience with complex weldments, castings, or structural assemblies.
