What you will do

• Perform visual inspections and specified tests of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Identify faults in materials and manufacturing processes using observation and testing.
• Document inspection results by completing reports, logs, and checklists.
• Maintain quality records and ensure inspection/measurement equipment is operating correctly.
• Communicate with supervisors to determine recommendations and remedies for product issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of quality inspection experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 35 lbs, prolonged standing, and wearing PPE.
