What you will do

• Build and own a liquidity monitoring dashboard and real-time alerting system for FX positions and cash flow across banking rails.
• Map funds flows for new banking products, including card issuing and new payment rail integrations.
• Resolve client and partner-bank payment inquiries while building automations to improve resolution times.
• Review and streamline payment operations processes, reducing manual work as transaction volumes grow.
• Support banking-side client onboarding, including fee setup and first payments.
• Configure and tune fees and transaction rules for new payment methods.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in payments, treasury management, payments management, or payments operations.
• Practical knowledge of banking payment flows, including SWIFT and SEPA.
• Strong English required for direct communication with partners and work with documentation.
• Ability to take ownership of ambiguous tasks, define problems, and build processes without an established playbook.

Nice to have

• Experience with card payment processing, such as Stripe or similar platforms.
• B2B payments experience.
• Experience building a process or reporting system from scratch.
