Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work is available. Shift coverage is required between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Salary: €1,900–€2,000 gross per month.

What you will do

• Execute and control domestic and international bank transfers in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Verify account statuses, monitor balances, manage currencies, and prevent overdrafts.
• Review payment operations, investigate errors, document root causes, and propose solutions.
• Process payment cancellations, confirmations, adjustments, and investigation requests.
• Communicate with banks through SWIFT and other systems, manage messages, and process bank statements.
• Consult Customer Support and other internal departments on payment-related matters.

Requirements

• Good English and Lithuanian language skills are required.
• Excellent computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to identify the root causes of errors.
• A strong sense of responsibility and interest in economics, finance, or accounting.
• Flexibility to work shifts providing operational coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Basic understanding and use of AI technologies.
