What you will do

• Design and maintain the Patchman backend infrastructure and implement new product features.
• Operate a large fleet of dedicated servers, including API gateways, load balancers, and internal processing nodes.
• Build and optimize high-throughput data pipelines using technologies like Kafka and ClickHouse.
• Implement and improve automated CI/CD pipelines and comprehensive testing frameworks.
• Monitor production system performance and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine architecture and contribute to the technical direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend or DevOps Developer.
• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language and experience designing scalable backend services.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput data pipelines (Kafka, ClickHouse, RabbitMQ).
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and in-memory databases (Redis).
• Practical experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) spoken and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Django.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, or Salt.
