Business Transformation Advisory (AI Finance)

Location: UK; workplace: Hybrid. The role includes domestic and international travel to meet customers and attend industry events.

What you will do

• Advise sales leaders and account executives on strategic deals as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
• Engage senior business leaders, assess their challenges, and demonstrate how hirify.global solutions can support business outcomes.
• Lead consultative customer and prospect workshops to create transformation roadmaps.
• Build thought leadership around AI in Finance, business transformation, and business value through webinars, conferences, panels, and networking events.
• Support value-based selling, new sales plays, product strategy, and enterprise account expansion.
• Develop scalable value assets such as point-of-view templates, industry thoughtware, ROI calculators, and value frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience across Finance, Business Value Consulting, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, and/or Finance Transformation.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management and finance processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and analytics.
• Experience applying AI in Finance and understanding its impact on the finance function.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, executive presentation, strategic, and commercial skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, product, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership teams; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certification such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA.
• Senior Finance leadership experience, business value advisory experience, and established relationships within the CFO and Finance leadership community.
