What you will do

• Analyze large datasets and industry trends to identify opportunities that improve merchant payment performance.
• Develop and refine payment optimization methodologies and playbooks.
• Lead payment performance discussions with enterprise merchants and act as a strategic advisor.
• Train Sales and Account Management teams on payment optimization practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build AI/ML-powered optimization, smart routing, fraud mitigation, and cost-reduction solutions.
• Use merchant feedback and market insights to influence product roadmaps and coordinate with card issuers and payment networks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments, including e-commerce, card-based processing, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of card network rules, local payment methods, and regulatory environments such as PSD2 and PSD3.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with BI and data tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks.
• Ability to produce technical reports and present strategic recommendations to C-suite client executives.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Curiosity and a strong interest in solving complex customer and payment performance problems.
