What you will do

• Analyze massive datasets to identify high-impact opportunities for boosting customer payment performance.
• Design and refine standard methodologies for payment optimization to maintain industry leadership.
• Lead deep-dive strategic discussions with enterprise clients regarding their payment performance.
• Train Sales and Account Management teams on advanced payment optimization tactics.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build AI/ML-powered optimization techniques.
• Liaise with external global stakeholders, including card issuers and networks, to optimize the payment pipeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the payments space, specifically in e-commerce and card-based processing.
• Deep understanding of card network rules and regulatory environments like PSD2/PSD3.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to C-suite client executives.
• Self-starter mindset capable of thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
