What you will do

• Design and optimize Record-to-Report processes in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver standardized finance solutions.
• Lead process design activities aligned with business goals and best practices.
• Identify improvements to efficiency, data quality, and reporting outcomes.
• Support system integration, testing, data validation, and implementation across finance and related functions.
• Support change management and training to enable successful adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Record-to-Report processes in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Experience designing and improving end-to-end business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting or SAP certification.
