What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with enterprise customers, resellers, and technology partners.
• Assist with venture capital transactions, including term sheet research and cap table maintenance.
• Support employment law matters, including drafting contracts and policies under German law.
• Build and maintain scalable contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processes.
• Conduct legal research on diverse topics and prepare structured summaries.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a law degree program (First State Examination, LL.B., or LL.M.).
• Prior exposure to commercial or corporate law through internships, clerkships, or coursework.
• Fluent English and good knowledge of German.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hamburg, Germany.
• AI-native working style, using AI tools for drafting, review, and research.
