What you will do

• Manage complex disputes and claims stemming from production, service, logistics, project management, and supply chain operations.
• Develop legal and commercial strategies for litigation, arbitration, and settlement discussions.
• Coordinate and manage external legal counsel across different international jurisdictions.
• Advise cross-functional teams during commercial settlement negotiations to find pragmatic solutions.
• Assess litigation and arbitration risks to provide strategic guidance to senior management.
• Contribute to dispute prevention best practices and the development of contract templates.

Requirements

• Excellent academic legal qualifications and admission to practice law in an EU jurisdiction or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in litigation and arbitration within private practice or an international corporate environment.
• Proven experience in risk and claim management, including complex formal dispute processes.
• Experience with complex international commercial contracts; knowledge of FIDIC is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills; additional European languages are a plus.
