What you will do

• Create and execute SEO strategies for leading sports and gaming brands.
• Own SEO performance, monitor and audit assets, and implement optimizations to improve organic visibility.
• Analyze markets, industry developments, competitors, user behavior, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Set outcome-focused SEO goals, plan seasonal initiatives, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead SEO discovery, provide expert recommendations, and perform final quality assurance for new page launches.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, product development, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Proven SEO experience in competitive regulated markets.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-standard tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including SEO hypothesis testing, data analysis, SERP analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Excellent organization, time management, written communication, and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with content, marketing, and technical teams while working independently and using initiative.

Hiring process

• Initial 30-minute chat with a Talent Partner via Zoom.
• One-hour video interview with the Senior SEO Specialist and SEO Specialist.
• Task interview: complete a task within five days and present it to the Head of SEO and General Manager of Gaming.
