What you will do
- Own GEO and SEO workstreams for large, complex, and international client websites.
- Deliver GEO diagnostics covering technical foundations, content, structured data, and GEO performance, then create actionable roadmaps.
- Implement recommendations through structured data, technical fixes, content optimisation, and information architecture changes.
- Run ongoing GEO partnerships, including monitoring, quarterly reviews, technical health checks, and reporting.
- Advise and present directly to clients on AI search, generative answers, zero-click behaviour, and the future of search.
- Collaborate with UX, content, analytics, product, and engineering teams; support pitches and mentor junior colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally including GEO exposure.
- Strong technical SEO skills covering site architecture, indexing, structured data, and site performance.
- Strong content and copywriting skills, with the ability to optimise content for GEO and SEO performance.
- Experience with large, complex, international, or corporate-level websites.
- Consultative client and stakeholder experience, including turning data into clear, practical recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with UX, content, product, and engineering teams.

- Agency or consultancy experience.
- Ecommerce SEO experience.
- International or multi-market SEO experience.
- Experience contributing to pitches or commercial growth initiatives.
