What you will do

• Research emerging technologies and challenges related to Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and Agentic AI systems.
• Design and build proof-of-concepts, pilots, and prototypes to evaluate new security approaches and AI ideas.
• Develop applications, automations, and integrations using modern AI frameworks under senior guidance.
• Contribute to the research and validation of security controls and best practices for AI-powered systems.
• Collaborate with AI, security, engineering, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Document experiments, prototypes, and findings to support organizational knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite).
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in at least two Object Oriented languages, with a strong preference for Python and Go.
• Practical experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and Linux operating system/scripting.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and UML.
