TL;DR
AIOps Lead (AI/Fintech): Leading a team to design and scale internal automations and AI agents across a global fintech operation with an accent on multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines. What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of three AI Ops Engineers, owning their delivery, growth, and day-to-day work.
- Design and ship production-grade multi-agent systems and automations to optimize internal operations and staff workflows.
- Build RAG pipelines for internal knowledge retrieval to ground AI agents in real organizational context.
- Maintain and scale the AI tooling stack (including Claude, LangChain, and MCP) for 2,500+ employees.
- Act as an internal consultant to help Software Engineering teams integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products.
- Develop and implement a prioritization framework to manage competing automation requests from multiple business units.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building production-grade automations and AI agents using scripting or workflow tools.
- Proven experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or Google ADK.
- Experience developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge and workflow automation.
- Background in enterprise tooling and rapid prototyping (e.g., Vercel, Railway, Entra).
- People leadership experience with a track record of mentoring engineers and owning team delivery.
- Must be based within the UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.
