Agentic AI Engineer (AI)

Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia; hybrid working

Salary: A$140,000–A$160,000 per annum plus superannuation

hirify.global is hiring for a growing technology team focused on building and deploying AI-powered products and solutions.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems and workflows.
• Develop LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and knowledge-based solutions.
• Build RAG pipelines and integrations with APIs, tools, external systems, and existing applications.
• Experiment with models and approaches, evaluate outputs, and improve reliability.
• Work with engineering and product teams to move AI concepts into production.
• Monitor and optimise deployed AI applications while keeping up with developments in the AI ecosystem.

Requirements

• Approximately three years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI development.
• Experience building and deploying solutions with LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Strong Python experience.
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, system integrations, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Git, and modern software development practices.
